I'm not tech savvy. What if I need help after launch?
Don't worry, I got you covered! I offer 2 weeks (up to 3 months depending on your package) of ongoing support post- launch to make sure you feel 100% comfortable managing your site. I also have ongoing maintenance services which you can buy so you don't have to manage your website at all!
Are you flexible with payments?
Of course! Unlike other developers, I charge with milestones which means youonly pay me 50% upfront and 50% when the project is done.
Can I go back and change the design?
Nope. The 4 steps work as phases. After each phase is complete, I introduce a "phase lock" meaning once you confirm and approve a phase, we can't go back.
Do I get revisions?
Of course! We do revisions in the design stage to make sure everything is pixel perfect and matches your brand. We also do revisions during the development stage but those should be kept minimal since changes are harder to make in the development phase.
How often can I hear from you?
As often as you'd like! I'm available 5:30 am - 7 pm MST 6 days a week to answer any questions you may have
Will you show me how to use Webflow?
Absolutely! After launch, I make custom tutorials showing you how to make edits to your site, how to use Webflow's CMS, and any other tutorials you may need to make operating your site as smooth as possible. I even support you post-launch!
Do you provide assets or copy?
No, I only provide simple icons (social & GUI icons). You’ll need to provide complex images and illustrations. Additionally, you'll need to supply the raw copy about your company, products, and services, which I can help refine.
